Yoga, Dance and Fitness Classes

The following classes are available in person and online, in groups and one-on-one.

Kundalini Yoga 

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. After every class you will feel uplifted yet grounded in your love, power and wellbeing.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga helps us to gain mastery of the body as a way of attaining a state of physical, mental and spiritual relaxation and concentration. It's a fun and playful class yet very focused on the correct alignment and the form to make the practice safe, fun and the most beneficial on all levels. We usually start with Pranayama, followed by joints warm up that get us ready for full Sun Solutation and progressions of Asanas from easier to more advanced. We finish with deep relaxation and meditation.


Tantra Dance

Tantra Dance is a fun playful fusion practice that combines elements of sensual bellydance, chakra activating exercises and breath-work, connection to the elements through movement and visualization. Tantra means "weaving light into the form" and so this practice helps us to bring the light of our soul and ground it in our physical bodies and   human  connection. Therefore the last part of the workshop is about authentic connection with another person  while keeping ourselves connected to the soul and grounded in the present moment. 

HIIT & Tabata

High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best way to get great cardio, strength and power results in the short time. Group energy makes it even more fun and effective!

Fitness Circuits

Weight training, power, strength and toning exercises as well as core work and cardio - all of these exercise stations are put together into circuits in the most effective manner. 

Postural Realignment 

Mindful strength and stretch exercises in the sequences that address the most common postural misalignments such as rounded shoulders, forward head posture, lower back discomforts and other joints pain.
