Yoga and Meditation

I love yoga and can not wait to share with you its amazing benefits! It works on so many levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) to allow you to experience the optimal state of joy and wellbeing!

Don't worry if you haven't done it before and "not flexible enough for it";) 

Based on your goals and our initial assessment I will create an individualized sequence (asanas, breathing techniques, meditation) that will feel great while you're practicing it and after! It will re-align your body, give you mobility, stability and grace, and reduce the effect of stress on your mind and mood. Your Initial assessment is complementary!

Hot Stone Massage

This unique thermal massage will melt your tension away. Warm basalt stones penetrate heat deep inside the muscle tissue to help ease arthritis, deep muscle pain and stress.
